Psycho Dog!

Maybe I AM going to be one of those daily bloggers???? Hmmm.... Anyway, I felt really bad because I realized on the Youngblood Family Blog that there were no pictures of our second baby (Joe Don was number one, but he is in kitty heaven now), Dubya! As you can see by his eyes (that is not the camera, they really are superdog electric like that!), he is still kind of crazy and wild! So, Dave took this pic of him so that we could include him on the family blog! He misses Mia, his girlfriend that he likes to lick. Mia is Traci's sweet dog who is very well-disciplined due to her very strict parenting! Needless to say, Dubya is not a very good influence.

Sam and I met her friend Cassidy and her mom at good ole' McDonald's today (we had Apple Dippers so it was totally healthy :-)). They played hard for a good two hours! Then, Sam and I went swimming for another two hours. I knew when I didn't hear her footsteps bouncing around in her playroom for over 20 min, that her big day probably caught up with her- I was right. I sure do miss those afternoon naps! I have been missing me some Oprah, too!

Sam's last couple of years in a blog nutshell!

SOOOO, this posting (that is sadly spread over a year and a half) is going to show what a bad mom I am! Here are some photos that have been sitting in my camera for way too long! These are just a couple of highlights of Little Sammy's life starting around her 3rd birthday! It is fun seeing how she has changed and grown up!

Sammy singing her VBS song in front of the church! "Jesus, You're My Superhero!" is a rockin' tune!

The whole fam celebrated Daddy's Birthday! Sam picked out the party hats! She also decided that it should be a Scooby Doo theme!

Miss Remi and her baby sister, Riley. These are our new neighbors, Landry and his little brother, Ryder! Crazy kids :)

Sammy and Daddy

Sam's Spring Recital was to "Lollipop," hence the giant lollipop!

Grandmother and Aunt Kat came to see the awesome choreography!

Mums and G came too!

Mums made Sam a Lollipop Bouquet

Sam wanted to take a pic of Dave and me- love the double chins!

Sam in front of our new house! We moved this year! Shout out to Jeff Duffey for selling our house so fast!

Sam's Girly Girl 4th Birthday Party! Pretty Little Girls!

Abigail, Sam, Jada, Maisey, Isabella, Cassidy (Remi is in the back getting ready for the Fashion Show!)

Aunt Kat drove in for the PARTAY!
Remi posing on the runway!
Miss Lauren made Sam's 4th Birthday Cake too- the best BD present every year!

Sam and "Baby John" Even though John is a year and a half now, Sam still thinks of him as her baby. April, where was this picture taken?

Sam and I drove to Louisiana and watched the Lake Charles Mardi Gras Parade with Mums, Aunt Stacy, Ashleigh, and Brooke! We got LOTS and LOTS of candy and other "special" treasures!

Sam's Winter Ballet Recital, "Suzy Snowflake"

These pics crack me up! It was FREEZING and raining this day- we went to a petting zoo and we were the only crazy people there! It was worth it, though. Sam got to pet a ton of animals, and a GIANT horse tried to lick my face off. It was awesome!

"Hook 'em, Horns!"

I think Sam is delirious here because it's so cold!!!

"He got my booty, mom!"

This should be an entirely separate blog, and I really have to keep my comments short or I could go on and on and on like I did with my toast. Aunt Kat and NOW Uncle JP got married last September! Everything was PERFECT!!! Aunt Kat was THE most beautiful bride, and Sam loved being her Flower Girl (by the time it came around!). So many of our friends and family from so far back and from all over the country came in town, and we had such a good time! A lot of vendors I work with contributed so much to make Kathryn and JP's wedding so beautiful and so special! Thank you Stacey, Sil, and Ann and Phil for all you did for them! Aunt Kat and Uncle JP are such a special couple! We feel lucky to have JP in our family. Look at me getting all sappy!

Aunt Kat could not have looked prettier! I am not just saying that because she's my sister!
Those Crazy Kincaids! Dad looked so handsome and mom looked hot!
Miss Stacey made the most beautiful halo for Sam!
Sam had daddy take her down to Mums and G so they could see how pretty she looked!
This is Sam looking down to the ceremony before it all started- she had to take everything in! I think she was also trying to decide who she was going to chunk her petals at- Mimi got the last, loaded toss as she got to the end of the aisle.
The ceremony- so sweet!
This is mom's best friend since Kindergarten, Mary. She came in from Houston. Sam calls her "Mi Mere!" There were some crazy pics of their dancing, but I wanted to keep the blog tame :) Double Trouble!
Too sweet! Dave and I are bringing Sexy back behind them! This was such a wonderful weekend with so many wonderful memories! There are SO many great shots of all of our family, as well as The Goldsmiths and Kat and JP's friends. I would put them ALL on here, but it just takes too darn long to upload these photos onto the blog. Shout out to Memphis and Colorado!
Sam's first ballet class, Dancing Angels (that was the name of the camp- I'm not calling my kid a dancing angel)

Her Debut!

Sam's choir performance at Park Cities Baptist Church

Daddy and Sam's First Fishing Trip- it wasn't much of a success :(

Daddy teaching Sam how to be a FisherWOMAN!

This is a picture that Sam took on her own! She also took a pic of her blister, but it was pretty nasty, so I will leave that one off. This was her old room- I miss it!

Sam -I mean Dorothy-and Mimi at her 3rd Birthday Party!

Remi playing pin the heart on the tinman (or is that Miss Janice playing?)!

I wanted to include this pic because of Paige- her family lived across the street from us before we moved, and Sam LOVES Paige, her little brother, Mitchell, and her mom and "Scary Daddy!"

Miss Lauren from Fancy Cakes by Lauren makes Sam's Birthday cake for her every year! For her 3rd Birthday, Sam chose to do a Wizard of Oz theme. Dave even made a tin man, and he and "G" chalked the yellow brick road on the sidewalk!

Mums came for a visit with lots of Mardi Gras treats!

Easter 2007 at our old home on Village Drive- after the Easter service, we drove to Austin to see Miss Amber and Mr. Jon!
